On a successful hit, the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer an additional 2d8 poison damage. If the saving throw is successful, the target takes half damage. 

The dagger has 4 charges, and it regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn.

Envenomed Critical: When the wielder scores a critical hit with the Dagger of Venom, the poison damage is maximized, dealing the maximum possible poison damage on the attack.
