====High Council (The Enlightened Ones)==== The Enlightened Ones are actually all wizards who have gone through the process to transition to lichdom and all that it entailes. Following Maltherion's development of the Great Transition process, they have been persuaded to work together to spread this alternative method of increasing the number of undead that can pass as living.
