===Key Members=== The cult is led by a few key figures who drive its operations and ensure its survival in the shadows. *[[Ivelka]], the Fallen ValkyrieThe cult’s founder and leader. Ivelka rarely appears in person, but she guides the cult through visions, dreams, and clerical magic. Her fall from grace and embrace of death make her a powerful symbol of the cult’s nihilistic beliefs. *[[Severin]] the Whisperer is the master of infiltration and subversion within the Cult of the Final Veil. Known for his ability to blend into societies and manipulate key figures, Severin leads the cult’s efforts to destabilise religious orders and political institutions from within. He is often tasked with corrupting influential leaders, planting seeds of doubt and nihilism to weaken their faith and turn them against the gods. Severin’s reputation for subtle manipulation has made him one of the cult’s most dangerous members. *[[Valeria]], the Dark ProphetessA former high priestess of Durnstang, Varelia turned to the cult after becoming disillusioned with the god of death. She is a powerful necromancer who specialises in severing souls from the Weave, creating powerful undead that are denied their place in the afterlife. Varelia preaches the doctrine of eternal oblivion and acts as the cult’s spiritual guide, leading large-scale rituals to corrupt holy sites and desecrate places of worship. She believes that by undermining the gods’ domains, she can hasten the unraveling of the Weave. *[[Harrow]] the UnbrokenA fanatical warrior and former knight of Veritas, Harrow became a disciple of the Final Veil after suffering a near-death experience. In his visions, he claims to have seen the true nature of the afterlife as a prison for the soul, leading him to reject his former faith. Harrow now leads the cult’s militant arm, known as the Pale Host, a group of elite warriors and assassins who carry out the cult’s most violent operations. Harrow’s skill in combat and unwavering dedication make him a formidable force within the cult’s ranks. *[[Erynn Blightleaf]]Once an Undrean elf druid, Erynn turned to the cult after witnessing the destruction of natural balance due to the meddling of gods and mortals alike. She has become an eco-terrorist within the cult, targeting groves, temples, and druidic circles that she views as complicit in the cycle of suffering. Erynn believes that the annihilation of all life, including nature, is the only path to true freedom. Her ability to command corrupted fey and summon twisted versions of natural creatures has made her a valuable asset in the cult’s operations in wilderness areas.
