Editing Bjalien Viadias

[[File:Bjalien.jpg|thumb|Bjalien Viadas]]Bjalien Viadas is the village leader of Tomar's Crossing.   He is an older man who looks like he has been through the mill at some point in his life.  He has some facial tattoos and is suspicious of everyone's motives - speaking with the arrogant tone of someone used to getting his own way. 

He sponsored the party to free Fort Frostfell from the goblins and also asked them to look out for his missing niece Allia Thernius, as well investigate the theft of his late mother's locket that he believes one of his fellow council members has stolen during the last council meeting.
