Editing Phelm Barristar

[[File:Phelm.jpg|thumb|Phelm Barristar]]Phelm is a middle aged portly man who is the owner of the Windmill and attached Bakery,  "Fire and Grind: Miller and Bakery".

With all the refugees in the village, Phelm is worried about the bakery being robbed at night, and has asked if the Heroes of Fort Frostfell will spend the night in the bakery to "guard the place".   At the end of each day when the bakery officially closes, he sets up cot-beds for them, and makes the place comfy - and pays them in baked goods.

During the late evening of the first night, Cormir stumbles across a loose stone on the bakery floor, and lifts it, making a tiny bell ring briefly before he lowered the slab quickly back down again.   Underneath, he had caught a glimpse of a burlap bag hidden in the hollow below.

Phelm is married to <u>[[Messa Barristar]]</u>, a much younger and more attractive woman.
