			Malaga mentioned that some of the refugees in her inn had mentioned that a cart load of tents and other supplies from Safeharbour were stolen by bandits led by a half-ogre - if they were to be found, that would allow her to free up her inn again. She also was worried about the fact that the refugees had no voice in the village in the upcoming elections.
