Description

This cloak is made of fine grey silk that has a distinctive hem bearing patterns of clouds. Inside the lining is scattered with emroidered stars.

A faint aura of transmutation surrounds the cloak, with occasional pulses of conjuration magic.

Type: Wondrous Item, rare Attunement: Yes When wearing the Cloak of Mists, you can use a bonus action to transform into a misty form as per the spell Gaseous Form for up to 1 minute. This ability can be used once per short or long rest. Additionally, the wearer gains advantage on Stealth checks made in foggy or misty conditions.

History

This cloak was owned by Kadra Tormaline - and would probably be recognised as hers should it be worn around town.
