Bazil the Bizarre

Bazil is the resident wizard in the village, living in a single story round house that acts as both his home and his shop, where he sells potions and scrolls (and some spell components). His house is daubed with arcane looking symbols, as his his skin. He speaks using ventriloquism and his scarf made from a fox.
Drex tries to intimidate Bazil into sharing his spell book, and got banned from the shop for his efforts. The party purchased a super-cheap scroll of identity for 50gp, which only identified the auras on Morthos's sword.
