- The boots grant you the ability to jump three times your normal distance. This extra distance costs movement as normal.
- Once per long rest, you can use the boots to cast the Levitate spell on yourself for up to 10 minutes.
- Additionally, once per short rest, you can use the boots to cast the Silence spell, centered on yourself, lasting for up to 10 minutes.
